Who We Are
We were formed in the summer of 2013 by students who noticed a lack of advocacy for student survivors on campus. We originally sought to provide support and resources for student survivors. Since our formation, we've expanded our mission to advocate for change on campus. We now work to hold the administration and our peers accountable to creating a safe environment for all.
What We Do
We are University of Chicago students who work, research and collaborate to provide information and advocacy to survivors of sexual violence. We are not a support group. We do our best to answer questions and direct you to outside and/or University support (see our research guide). We are not licensed therapists or lawyers. We are a political advocacy group that works to protect the rights and safety of all survivors and foster a safe environment for all students on the University of Chicago campus.
